I don’t see the Chamber and businesses in my local area when I open MyChamberApp.

  1. Check your phone settings to be sure that your location services are enabled for MyChamberApp. If these services are turned on, the app will automatically load the Chamber closest to you. Please consult the user guide for your phone to find out how to enable these services. If you’re having trouble, give us a call.


Quit the app and reopen it. If this still doesn’t solve the problem, manually select your chamber by clicking the menu button in the top right corner of the app and choosing “Select a different Chamber”. On iPhone, this button will be 3 horizontal lines. On Android, this button is 3 vertical dots.
