This is a list of common support issues and how to solve them.
Android crashes
This is partially due to memory issues and partially due to how the app was coded. The best bet for resolution is the following:
Download "Advanced Task Killer" from the Android Market Place.
Start "Advanced Task Killer."
Click on "KILL selected apps."
Start MyChamberApp in a location with good GPS reception
"I cannot find MyChamberApp for my Android!"
This is caused by 2 reasons on Android. The user doesn't have the latest software update. Or the phone has a hardware feature that our code doesn't acknowledge.
Have the user update their phone. Go to Menu -> Settings. Look for "System updates." It might be buried in the menu somewhere.
After the update have them go to "Android Market Place," and search for "MyChamberApp."
If they still cannot find MyChamberApp, please get the phone model and we'll research further. It might have to deal with a hardware feature we are not supporting.
